Contact us with your order number and we will get in contact with you. A picture may be required.

Submit a claim to support in the Contact Us section. Be sure to put your order number and shipping address. After confirming, a claim will be made.

All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

This may vary by region. Typically we can get you a replacement upon request from our shippers. Refer to the return policy about claims which are usually done within 30 days of shipping.

This depends on our shippers and the destination. Typically can expect up to 35 days for Standard Shipping and 3-15 days Express Shipping in US and Canada.
